Deposit Fiat Currency

Cryptoa does not support any fiat currency (USD, CNY, etc.). The deposits, trades and transactions are available only in base cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, BCH, etc.) or USDT.

How to Trade

1- Go to

2- Click Login and enter credetials

3- The display will show currency currently being traded. (Currenctly we offer 8 crypto pairs including BTC, ETH, NEO, LTC, FLS and BTCr)

4- Two types of order are available on cryptoa; limit-based orders and market-orders.

5- Click desired currency to trade -> put buy/sell trade -> enter price and -> confirm

6- Your funds will show the desired transaction

7- History of all trades will be available in trade log.

How to Withdraw Coins

1- Go to

2- Click [Funds] -> [Deposits Withdrawals].  Click the name of the coin/token you would like to withdraw and click [Withdrawal] button on the right. Input the address、tag amount, then click [Submit].

3- In order for an added level of security, Cryptoa will send a confirmaiton email to your registered eail address to confirm your withdrawal. Once clicking confirmation, make sure you have double checked the address, the funds are transferred to. (Incase of incorrect information, the exchange will not be responsble for any loss of funds)

4- After confirmation, the funds will be withdrawn from your current account and the trix id will show the same.

Withdraw to Wrong Address

As soon as you hit the confirmation button on withdrawal request been sent on your email, cryptoa will start withdrawing your funds to the requested address. In case of wrong information, there is unfortunately no way to recover your losses.

Refering to the inherent blockchain technology (i.e. to maintain annonymity); we can't trace the address where funds have been transferred by mistake. Currently, we don't have any such mechanism to track this record. However, we are working constantly to imrpove our KYC system to take as much information as we can from our customers. 

Cannot receive email

Please following below procedures kindly.

1. Kindly make sure the entered email address and password are correct.

2. Refresh your regerestered email address. Refresh Spam folder as a next step.

Deposit Does Not Arrive

If you see withdrawal as "Completed" or "marked" it only means that the transaction has been succesfully placed on blockchain; it does not mean that the transaction has been fully processed.

Once a transaction is placed on blockcahin, it take a variable amount of time for it to be successfully processed depnding upon blocksize, amount of traffic and destination exchange. Different blockchains require different amounts of “confirmations” before a transaction is verified.

It is common for blockchain to be congested sometimes, hence you must wait for yiur transaction to process. To track its status, you may use the transaction ID (TxID).

Withdrawal Missing

If you encounter an issue where your withdrawal is missing, please check the trade and make sure the transaction is executed.

Normally, a TxID is generated after every transaction, with passage of blockchain confirmations; it changes its status

If it shows "In progress", hang on as the block confirmations are taking place on chain.

In case of "un-confirmed" transaction if your funds are still withdrawn, please write to us and we wil try our best to resolve your case

How to handle Order Exceptions

1. If your order has not executed:

  • Please check the current price of the coin and match it with the current (bid/ask) price of the coin.
  • Please consider if the coin is been traded or not.
  • If the order still shows as "incorrect", please write it to us. 

2. If you cannot cancel  the order, please start a ticket and email it to us with order screenshot or any other required details/

We will try our best to solve the issue in the shortest time possible.

How to Unlock Account

If your account has been locked, please follow the below instructions;

  • Please use forgot your email option and ask for a "reset password".
  • If you still are unable to log-in, please write to us with an attached screenshot.

We will try our best to resolve your issue in the shortest possible length of time. 

Troubleshooting: ID verification process

Our standard processing time for each application spans between 3-4 business days.

Make sure, all information provided by you is factually correct.

All attached documents should be aligned and shows exact same information. Any deviation in provided information may delay processing time. 

Photos provided should be in high resolution and colored. Required formats are (PNG and JPEG)

Documents must be scanned and should be original.

The handwritten note should show today's date and carries a clear selfie

You may attempt the ID verification process up to 3 times per day. If your application is denied 3 times in a day, please try again after 24 hours.
